  • Good morning, I am writing this email to thank Ian who was of a big help on Sunday evening. I am a cabin crew working for ******, Sunday evening my colleague and I had a hotel issue at Hilton Heathrow and Ian stayed with us until all was settled. He did calls to ********* Stansted for us and made sure that we were not ending up with no accommodation. It took about an hour to have our rooms so a big thank you to him.

  • I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and your drivers for all your assistance last Friday. The feedback was that everything worked like clockwork (I hope your drivers thought that too) and all our guests were very complimentary about your services, so thank you.   • Hi Phillip, I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you and your team for everything over the past week or so. Everything was handled extremely well and all the drivers were fantastic, not to mention lovely as well! Nothing was too much for anyone and if there were any problems they were fixed as soon as possible. AMC and the drivers themselves were an absolute pleasure to work with so please thank them for me. A big thank you especially goes to John for coordinating everything and making it all so easy for me when we were there, it would have been a nightmare without him! Thanks again and no doubt I will speak to you soon!
